Judith Johnson, 74, of Branford, beloved wife of 52 years to Tord Johnson, died Jan. 9. Mrs. Johnson was born Jan. 11, 1939 in New Haven to the late Arthur and Ingeborg Hallden. She worked for the Mary T. Murphy School in Branford for many years.

She is survived by her son Greg Johnson and his wife Marie of Branford; and daughters Beth Polastri of Las Vegas and Lisa Panczak and her husband Robert of Branford.

Funeral services were held Jan. 13 at Tabor Lutheran Church in Branford, followed by burial in Tabor Cemetery, Branford. Memorial donations may be made to Smilow Cancer Hospital, 20 York St., New Haven, CT 06510. The W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, Branford, was in charge of arrangements.
