Justine “Tina” Williams, 89, of East Haven, formerly of West Haven, passed away Jan. 25. She was born Nov. 23, 1924 in New Haven to George and Helen (Lynch) Rose. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles A. Williams; brother George “Bud” Rose, Jr.; and sister Jan Treadwell. Justine is survived by two sons, John Williams (companion James) of San Francisco and Chuck Williams (Mary) of East Haven; two granddaughters, Stacy and Andrea; and a great-granddaughter, Alexa. She is also survived by nieces Jan Pond (Skip) and Ann Strosnick (Ed); and brothers Ray Rose (Dolores) and Alan Rose.
