Alba Maria Lopez, 70, New Haven

Alba Maria Lopez, “Mama,” 70, of New Haven, died Jan. 27. She was born April 5, 1943 in Cayey, Puerto Rico to the late Raphael Lopez and Ernestina Lopez Arguinzoni.

Mama is survived by three loving daughters, Maria Rodriguez and her husband Angel of New Haven, Alice Landrum and her husband Densel of Florida, and Mariangel Rodriguez and her husband Victor of New Haven.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, Jan. 30 from 4-7 p.m. at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 31 at 9:40 a.m. for a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at St. Clare Church, 234 Coe Ave., East Haven.
