    No. 8 Syracuse 84, Providence 59

    James Southerland scored 20 points, Michael Carter-Williams had 15 points and 12 assists, and Syracuse beat Providence.

    C.J. Fair had 20 points and 10 rebounds, and Brandon Triche scored 14 points for Syracuse (22-4, 10-3 Big East).

    Providence guard Vincent Council (424) had 15 points and seven assists to become the all-time Big East assist leader with 431.

    No. 11 Georgetown 90, DePaul 66

    D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera scored a career-high 33 points and the Hoyas moved back into a tie for first place in the Big East.

    Smith-Rivera went 10 for 12 from the field, 8 for 10 from the free-throw line and made 5 of 6 3-pointers. Nate Lubick added 15 points

    No. 18 Ohio St. 71, Minnesota 45

    Deshaun Thomas overcame a slow start to score 19 points and Ohio State used a 16-0 second-half run to beat Minnesota.

    Shannon Scott added 11 points and LaQuinton Ross 10 for the Buckeyes.

    Andre Hollins had 11 points and Oto Osenieks 10 for Minnesota.

    No. 7 Penn St. 95, Illinois 62

    Maggie Lucas scored 22 points, backcourt mate Alex Bentley added 20 and Penn State overwhelmed Illinois in transition, moving a step closer to a second straight Big Ten regular-season title.

    Adrienne Godbold had 17 points for foul-plagued Illinois (15-10, 8-5).

    South Florida 73, No. 12 Louisville 62

    Andrea Smith tied a career-high with 35 points and South Florida upset Louisville.

    Smith made 11 of 16 shots for USF (18-7, 7-5).

    Shoni Schimmel scored 16 for Louisville.

    Indiana 62, No. 22 Purdue 61

    Jasmine McGhee scored 26 points, including the game-winning basket with 1 second remaining, as Indiana knocked off Purdue.

    Aulani Sinclair added 16 points and Sasha Chaplin had 10 for Indiana.

    Purdue (19-7, 8-5) has dropped two straight.

    Taylor Manuel had 16 points for the Boilermakers, Houser had 12 and Drey Mingo added 11 points and 10 rebounds.

    TCU 64, No. 23 Oklahoma State 63

    Delisa Gross hit the game-winning shot with 1:04 remaining and TCU closed the game on an 11-0 run, defeating Oklahoma State for its first Big 12 victory of the season.

    Gross finished with 13 points for TCU (8-17, 1-13 Big 12), Donielle Breaux had 12, Zahna Medley 11 and Natalie Ventress 10.

    Liz Donohoe led Oklahoma State with 22 points. Toni Young added 18 points and 13 rebounds, and Kendra Suttles had 11 points.
