Recents results from Southeastern Connecticut Youth Hockey:

■ Bantam A lost to Central Connecticut Bantam A1 5-1 in Newington. The only Seahawks goal was scored by Ben Thompson unassisted. Shawn LoVetere recorded 23 saves in goal.

■ Pee Wee B lost 9-1 to ECHO Pee Wee B, getting a goal from Jimmy Fitzmaurice assisted by Caridad Muldro. Hannah Sherman saved 41 shots on goal.

■ Squirt B lost 7-1 to Greenwich Squirt B. Sydney Ogden scored the only goal for the Seahawks, assisted by Caden Degen.

■ The SEC Midgets defeated Wonderland Wizards Team Doritos 7-2, getting two goals by Teddy Gudis and 20 saves by Reid Twitchell. Usual forward Nathanael Tyler played a solid game on defense, stepping up for a short-handed bench.

■ Bantam A lost to South Windsor Bantam A 5-4, getting 53 saves from Shawn LoVetere. Jared Herbert, Logan Morin, Ben Thompson and Matt McMillan had goals for the Seahawks and Tyler Faulkner registered a pair of assists.

■ Squirt B team won 5-3 against the Middlesex Whalers Squirt B1 team. Scoring for the Seahawks were Kenneth Beguhl (2), Sydney Ogden with an assist from Caden Degen, Helen Gillespy assisted by Conor Irwin and Nicholas Cricco. Dylan Laughlin was goaltender with 28 saves. The Seahawks previously lost to the Whalers 9-0.

■ Bantam A lost 2-1 to Simsbury Bantam A1 at the InternatSectional Skating Center in Simsbury. The Seahawks led 1-0 after two periods on a goal from Peter Yapchanyk assisted by Logan Morin and Tyler Faulkner, but Simsbury scored twice in the third period for the win. Shawn LoVetere made 22 saves.

■ Shawn LoVetere made 40 saves in goal but Bantam A lost 1-0 to Echo in Norwich.

■ Tyler Faulkner, Peter Yapchanyk and Ben Thompson each scored two goals as Bantam A defeated Hamden 7-2 in Norwich. Taylor Huta also scored for the Seahawks and Yapchanyk, Logan Morin, Faulkner and Thompson had assists. Shawn LoVetere recorded 18 saves.
