Groton man arrested on drug charges

Groton ‑ A Groton man was arrested Thursday after police said he was in was in possession of 3 1/2 pounds of marijuana.

Joshua L. Feldman, 38, of 7 Ledgeland Drive, Mystic, was charged with possession of more than 1 kilogram of marijuana, possession of more than 1 kilogram of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to a minor.

The Groton Town Narcotics Unit in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration and the United States Postal Inspection Service were conducting an investigation into drug sales in the town.

Anyone with information on drug sales or other criminal activity in the town is asked to call Groton Town Police at (860) 441-6781. All calls will be kept confidential.
