Norwich exit off I-395 North shut down

Norwich – Police and emergency personnel have closed the ramp at Exit 81 West on Interstate 395 North after a tractor-trailer rolled over and down an embankment this afternoon.

Police said there were no serious injuries in the crash and no estimates on when the ramp will be reopened. Traffic in the area is congested, police said.
