Police: Ax, BB gun seized following domestic dispute

Groton – An ax and a BB gun were seized early Monday morning after police arrested a couple involved in a verbal domestic argument on Denver Court.
Jeffrey N. Miller, 50, of 7 Denver Court was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and breach of peace. Maria Miller, 45, also of 7 Denver Court, was charged with breach of peace and threatening. The two appeared in court Monday and were released, police said.
Groton Town police Lt. James Bee said neither person was injured but the verbal argument implied the use of the weapons. Both weapons were seized, he said.
