Norwich police sobriety checkpoint Friday

Norwich – Police say they will continue their participation this week in the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over,” enforcement crackdown on impaired drivers.

The effort will include sobriety checkpoints and patrols, part of an overall effort to reduce the number of impaired driving fatalities in the community.

Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint between 5 p.m. Friday and 4 a.m. on Saturday.
