Updated: Route 1 reopens following head-on crash in Waterford

Waterford - A portion of Boston Post Road was temporarily closed this afternoon following a reported head-on crash in the area of Mallard Lane.

The road has since reopened.

The crash was first reported at about 2:45 p.m. and multiple ambulances joined police and fire personnel at the scene.

Details were not immediately available.
