Fight erupts at reality TV party at Foxwoods

Mashantucket — The husbands of two beauty pageant winners appearing in a “reality” TV show, “Game of Crowns,” allegedly came to blows Sunday night at a premiere party for the show at Foxwoods Resort Casino.

    L. Brian Sebastian, of Ledyard, a Mashantucket tribal member whose wife, Vanassa, was Mrs. Connecticut 2012, reportedly was treated at a hospital after he was bitten on the ear.

Brian Sebastian allegedly hit Nicholas Guilmette, a Woonsocket, R.I., police officer, who bit him, according to Trooper Kelly Grant, a state police spokeswoman, who said the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Police Department was investigating the matter.

    No arrests were reported.

“At this point there is an active police investigation taking place between the state and tribal police and until the investigation is done we will not be commenting any further on this matter,” Bill Satti, the tribe’s director of public affairs, said in an email.

Guilmette’s wife, Leha, was Mrs. Rhode Island 2013.

“Game of Crowns,” advertised as a look into the lives of six “pageant wives,” airs on the Bravo channel.
