    Groton Town

    Paul A. Taylor, 45, of 47 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.  

    Stephan F. Lynch, 25, of Bristol was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Zama P. Marques, 28, of 53 Michael Road, Apt. F, New London, was charged Wednesday with interfering with police.

    Vincente Simaj, 23, of 188 Franklin St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael J. Joyner, 23, of 28 Green St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

    Isaia Miguel Mason, 18, of 109 Truman St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

    Maria Moreno, 39, of 110 Blackhall St., was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Devin Xavier Helligar, 21, of 145 Garfield Ave., was charged Friday with unsafe backing and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license or registration.

    Eliezer Vega, 38, of 67 Nob Hill, Apt. A, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Jasmine Green, 18, of 29 Wall St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with second-degree disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Norwich

    Jenna Fitzgerald, 28, of 12 Carlson St., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Daquan Hackett, 24, of 92 Washington St., was charged Thursday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license or registration, possession of less than one half of an ounce of marijuana and two counts of sale of narcotics.

    Douglas Leniart, 29, of 300 Massapeag Side Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Darlyn Shepard, 35, of New Haven was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation, two counts of assault on public safety or emergency personnel, breach of peace, interfering with police, possession of a shoplifting device, and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

    Robert Cruse, 34, of 41 E. Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias.

    Blake Constable, 21, of 9 S. Beachwood Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.
