Christopher L. Algiere, 46, of 511 Liberty St., Pawctuck, was charged Monday wth criminal violation of a restraining order.

Sean M. Algier, 30, of Westerly was chared Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Zachary Timmerman, 22, of 75 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Susan R. O'Connell, 57, of 7 Jackson Ave., Apt. 6, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Adam R. Ysasi, 35, of 30 Prospect St, Apt. 22, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
