Morning vehicle fire on I-395 north in Norwich under investigation

Norwich — A vehicle fire forced crews to close Interstate 395 north for about 30 minutes Friday morning, the state Department of Transportation said.
The fire started between exits 14 and 18 about 9:15 a.m. State police said no injuries were reported and the road was cleared by 10:30 a.m.
The incident remains under investigation.
