State Police - Montville

Gerald R. Hudyma, 71, of 160 Noble Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Yashira Cruz-Ramos, 36, of Bridgeport, was charged Dec. 5 in New London with third-degree criminal mischief.

Daniel Serrano, 35, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Wilfredo Nival, 30, of 59 Learned St. was charged Sunday with first-degree trespass and violation of conditions of release.

Aaron Gould, 25, of 25 Noyes Avenue, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, creating a public disturbance and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

Samantha R. Childs, 46, of 19 Cedar Crest Drive, Preston, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

Henry H. Chmielinski, 26, of 206 S. Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffc control signal and failure to pay or plead.
