Jared P. Donlin, 31, of Cumberland, R.I., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Israel A. Campos, 32, of 254 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Harrison M. Love, 35, of 79 Bank St., New London, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Waterford

Kimberly Bass, 36, of 183 Connecticut Ave., New London was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to have tail lights.
