    Police issue missing child alert for New London teen

    New London — Police on Thursday evening issued a Silver Alert for a 14-year-old girl they say has been missing from New London since Monday.

    Police described Jahyah Williams as Black with black hair and brown eyes, 4 feet 8 inches tall and 98 pounds. No clothing description or photo was available.

    Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the New London Police Department at (860) 447-5269.
