Kendal Fluker, 24, of 239 Benham Road was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Sincere Stokes, 19, of 88 Redden Ave. was charged Tuesday with weapons in a motor vehicle, third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, insufficient insurance, driving without a license, engaging in a police pursuit, failure to have headlights and failure to display plates.

Erica Maldonado, 37, of 414 Norwich Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Charles K. Clarke Jr., 42, of 88 Fifth St. was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Robert Brown, 54, of 32 Huntington Place was charged Dec. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license or registration.
