Walter P. Tixi-Vasquez, 31, of New Haven was charged Monday with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count each of third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault.

Tarik Thomas, 31, of 63 Otis St., Apt. 2, was charged June 30 with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

Brian J. Smith, 49, of Mansfield was charged Monday with second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Simone J. Roderick, 25, of 11 South Third Ave. was charged Sunday with two counts of assault on a public safety officer and one count each of second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Dianne L. Mulvey, 61, of Stafford Springs was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant the right of way at an intersection.

Frank V. Martorello, 58, of Eastchester, N.Y., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.
