Norwich ― A Taftville man faces sexual assault and child pornography charges after police say he had sex with a 13-year-old and videotaped the incident.

Stevenson Delannoy Diaz, 22, of 10A Terrace Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault with a minor/unable to consent, risk of injury to a minor/sexual contact and third-degree possession of child pornography. He was held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwich Superior Court on Nov. 16.

Police said Delannoy Diaz was 21 at the time of the incident and the victim was 13 years old.
