Benjamin Schober, 36, of 60 Teecomwas Drive, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Uncasville with failure to drive right, having an improper marker, having no insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving with a suspended license.

David Chamberlain, 23, of 67 Seacrest Avenue, Niantic, was charged Friday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
