Frank Swaney, 61, of 161 Bishop Crossing, Griswold, was charged Wednesday with failure to wear a safety belt, operating an unregistered vehicle, improper registration and insurance failing minimum requirement.

Nicholas Minski, 24, of 54 Chestnut Street, Plainfield, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ethan Churchill, 23, of 782 East Street, New Britain, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Robert Schumann, 47, of Patuchauge, New York, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Michael Simoncini, 47, of 15 Hemlock Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Cedrice Eaton, 29, of 621 Bank Street, Norwich, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Nathaniel Ward, 31, of no address, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.
