Brandon L. Sonnier, 26, of 4 Boombridge Road, Westerly, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, interfering with a police officer and consuming alcohol in public.

Charles Zavala, 36, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Monday with reckless driving.
