vehicle violations: operating a motor vehicle without carrying a driver's license, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to signal for a turn, improper signal for a turn, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, failure to have lights illuminated, failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
