• A 48 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, manufacture or possession of burglar’s tools, criminal mischief in the first and second degrees, larceny in the sixth degree, and interfering with an officer.

• A 20 year-old homeless man was arrested at 5:04 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
