Madison Police Incident Report for Aug. 28

• No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Old Toll Road near Route 79 at 2:42 p.m.

• A theft was investigated at 1333 Boston Post Road at 3:03 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated at Horse Pond Road near Route 79 at 6:38 p.m.

• An animal nuisance was investigated on Stacey Lane at 7:30 p.m.

• A water rescue was investigated at 128 Island Avenue at 7:32 p.m.
