• A 24 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 12:33 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 36 year-old Ansonia man was arrested at 2:08 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and possession of a shoplifting device.

• A 23 year-old man of Quinnipiac Avenue was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 41 year-old West Haven man was issued a citation at 3:10 p.m. for creating public disturbance.
