The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Thursday, Jan. 20Senior correspondent Jason J. • A 19 year-old man of Bailey Road was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and simple trespass.

• A 20 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11:50 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, having weapons in a motor vehicle, and possession of alcohol by a minor.

• A 61 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 3:26 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer, threatening, and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 38 year-old woman and a 34 year-old woman of the same Stanton Street address were arrested at 6 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.  

• An 18 year-old man of Watson Avenue was issued a citation at 1:21 a.m. for simple trespass.

• An 18 year-old Cheshire woman was issued a citation at 5:55 a.m. for simple trespass.

• A 48 year-old West Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:45 p.m. for misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
