Killingworth Police Incident Repor tofr Feb. 3 and 4

• No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.

• A 29 year-old Higganum man was arrested at 10:56 p.m. and charged with driving while the under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right after Trooper Matthew Ward observed the accused driving erratically on Route 81 near Green Hill Road. He was pulled over on Hemlock Drive and failed a standardized field sobriety test and released on a $2500 non-surety bond pending court an unspecified court date.
