The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. • A 33 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 5:43 p.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 32 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 10:30 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, forgery in the second and third degrees, and conspiracy to commit larceny and burglary.

• A 50 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:15 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree. In the same incident a 32 year-old woman of Queens, New York was charged with larceny in the fifth degree.
