• An 18 year-old Madison woman was arrested at 5:32 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 21 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:56 a.m. for reckless driving.

• A 41 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:41 p.m. for improper use of marker, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
