• A 44 year-old man of West Avenue was arrested at 12:04 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening after the victims—an 81 year-old woman of the same West Avenue address and a 64 Simsbury man—reported that the accused was threatening and aggressive. He was located at his residence and refused to speak with troopers about the incident. He was held in lieu of a $1000 surety bond and transported to Corrigan Correctional Center pending court arraignment.

• No arrests were made and no significant incidents were reported.
