The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • A 34 year-old man of Hurd Bridge Road was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct.

• A 43 year-old woman, a 22 year-old woman, and a 20 year-old man were arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute on Cow Hill Road.

• A 21 year-old man of Park Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:49 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and improper use of high beams following a motor vehicle stop on High Street.

• A 33 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:48 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
