• A 44 year-old man of West Wharf Road was arrested at 11:34 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit or devices illuminated.

• A 41 year-old Nortontown Road man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:35 pm. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, failure to carry a driver’s license, failure to display a front plate, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and improper license classification for vehicle driven.
