The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. • A 34 year-old man of a State Street apartment was arrested at 1:49 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have tail lamps.

• A 68 year-old West Haven woman was arrested at 7:50 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree and issuing a bad check.

• A 24 year-old Hamden woman was arrested at 2:52 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep a prescription drug in its original container, failure to display plate, and failure to wear a seat belt.

• A 26 year-old Meriden woman was arrested at 8:03 p.m. and charged with possession of greater than four ounces of marijuana, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,, and four motor vehicle violations 

• A 30 year-old man of Rimmon Road was arrested at 9:40 a.m. and charged with assault in the third degree.
