• A 60 year-old Norwalk woman was arrested at 10:35 p.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree after Trooper Michael Williams observed her walking on a roadway and ran a computer check knowing a possible warrant had been issued for her arrest. The check revealed she was indeed wanted to Middletown Superior Court for an original trespass offense in town.
