• A 43 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:40 p.m. for misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, following too close, and improper license classification for vehicle driven.

• A 43 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 8:13 p.m. and charged with breach of peace.
