The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Friday, Jan. 13Saturday, Jan. 14Senior correspondent Jason J. • A 25 year-old woman of a Gerrish Avenue apartment was arrested at 5:11 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree. In the same incident a 41 year-old man of the same residence was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A 25 year-old man and a 22 year-old woman of the same Main Street residence were arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, criminal impersonation, and interfering with a police officer following an incident at 68 East Frontage Road.

• A 25 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:58 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on the upper 100 block of North High Street. He was processed on a $1500 bond pending a January 26 court date.
