• A 37 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 1:20 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 25 year-old man of West Main Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:32 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 24 year-old woman of North Haverhill, New Hampshire was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:43 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 20 year-old man of a Liberty Street apartment was arrested at 5:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with five counts of failure to appear in the first degree and one counts of failure to pay or plead a citation.

• A 26 year-old man of a West Main Street apartment was arrested at 9:10 p.m. and charged with violation of probation and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• No arrests were made.
