    Madison Police Incident Report for April 25 and 26

    The Source publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Madison and Killingworth. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

    Wednesday, April 25

    • A 39 year-old Clinton man was arrested at 7:29 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation. Occupation: Shelf stocker.

    • A 19 year-old man of Opening Hill Road was arrested at 6:35 p.m. and charged with breach of peace. Occupation: Cook.

    • A brush fire was investigated on Durham Road near White Oaks Lane at 1:07 p.m.

    • Theft from of an automobile was investigated at 122 Opening Hill Road at 1:39 p.m.

    • An attempted suicide was investigated on Hidden Springs Road at 8:40 p.m.

    Thursday, April 26

    • No arrests were made.

    • An assault was investigated at 86 Duck Hole Road at 11:14 a.m.
