    East Haven Police Incident Report for Nov. 11 to 13

    The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

    Sunday, Nov. 11

    • A 19 year-old man of Coe Avenue was arrested at 12:25 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

    • A 44 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 12:01 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, possession of a sawed-off shotgun or silencer, criminal possession of a handgun, and threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a combined $50,000 bond amount.

    • A 27 year-old man of Michael Street was arrested at 7:36 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree and breach of peace in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.

    • A 31 year-old Branford man was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Main Street at Pardee Extension and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon.

    • A 52 year-old man of Pleasant Avenue was arrested at 10:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry proof of insurance or registration, and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway. He was processed on a $5,000 bond.

    Monday, Nov. 12

    • A 44 year-old Branford man was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and making home improvements without a license following an incident at 90 Red Hill Road in Branford.

    Tuesday, Nov. 13

    • A 21 year-old man was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree. He was also charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, breach of peace in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree, assault in the first degree, criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer, and two counts of reckless endangerment in the first degree. He was processed on a combined $1,080,000 bond amount.

    • A 39 year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 6:28 p.m. and charge with larceny in the sixth degree.
