Michael Lavigne, 28, of 255 Route 163 was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Michelle Dorants, 28, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain minimum insurance, speeding, second-degree failure to appear in court, sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a police officer.

Allen Loper, 43, of 19 Waller Court was charged Saturday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening.

Valdez R. Madry, 32, of 72 Cutler St., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to signal a turn.

Peter Trantalis, 21, of 264 N. Wawecus Hill, Norwich, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and following too closely.

Ajene Tillman, 23, of 28 Manor Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.
