Christopher Hasbrouck, 38, of 311 Cossaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle too slowly, possession of abandoned markers, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to maintain minimum insurance, reckless driving, engaging an officer in pursuit, misuse of plates and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alexander Culver, 38, of 53 Richardson Hill Road was charged Monday with violation of probation.

Thomas Payne Jr., 26, of 24 Maple Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Michael S. Misiak, 31, of 511 Route 32, Apt. 6, Montville, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the established lane.

John Dominguez, 27, of 42 Tilley St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and unlawful restraint.

Charlene Manko, 25, of 369 Long Hill Road, Apt. 64, Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Alexandra Moya, 28, of 54 Jefferson Ave. was charged Tuesday with failure to display marker plates, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of marker plates and driving with a suspended license.

Augustus Wartham, 55, of 109 Summit Woods Drive was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice, failure to carry insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and illegally tinted windows.

Stonington

Todd S. Michelson, 51, of 84 Watch Hill Road, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint, and interfering with an emergency call.

Kendra C. Durfee, 19, of 75½ Beach St., Westerly, was charged Monday with evading responsibility.
