David D. Jones, 29, of St. Albans, Vt., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Patrice Flowers, 56, of 140 Moxley Road, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Montville with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Tynisha Thompson, 22, of 140 Moxley Road, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Montville with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Bruce Eldridge, 42, of 520 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Monday in Griswold with reckless driving, failure to maintain minimal insurance, driving with a suspended license and illegal possession of marker plates.

Steven J. Maccione, 21, of 4A Bobolink Drive, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with making a false statement to police and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Richard A. Hazard, 58, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 4, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, making a false report to police and disorderly conduct.
