• A 41 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:36 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was operating a tan 1999 Toyota Camry.

• A 43 year-old East Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:34 p.m. for misuse of plate and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She was operating a blue and tan 2000 Subaru Legacy station wagon.
