    Clinton Police Incident Report for April 28 to 30

    The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

    Sunday, April 28

    • No arrests were made.

    • A shoplifting incident was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 1:07 p.m.

    Monday, April 29

    • No arrests were made.

    • A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on North High Street was investigated at 1:16 p.m.

    • Animal complaints were investigated on Elmwood Way at Willow Lane at 1:41 p.m. 

    • A larceny was investigated on Old Mill Road at 3:21 p.m.

    • A larceny was investigated on West Main Street at 7:19 p.m.

    Tuesday, April 30

    • An 18 year-old man of Silver Birch Lane was arrested at 8:31 p.m. and charged with assault in the second degree, threatening, strangulation in the second degree, and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute.

    • Harassment was investigated on East Main Street at 8:36 a.m.

    • Forgery was investigated on West Walk at 2:36 p.m.

    • A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on East Main Street at Church Road at 2:39 p.m.
