Naomi Predmore, 36, of 108 Hillcrest Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Cassandra Russell, 32, of East Haddam was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Brittany M. Chapman, 26, of 41 Cedar Lane, Bozrah, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
