Luis Cordero, 33, of 36 W. High St. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

David Arkos, 34, of 238 Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Victor M. Rivera, 46, of 33 Tilley St., No. 5, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of heroin.

Charles Squires Jr., 37, of 105 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Friday with violation of probation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Daniel Varnum, 28, of 8 Rosemarie Court, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert Johnson, 21, of 14 Winthrop Drive, Groton, was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
