    Matthew Kessler, 47, of 345 Gold Star Highway, Apt. #117, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

    New London

    Christopher Barretto, 19, of 211 Bank St. was charged Sunday with possession of a hallucinogen.

    Joseph A. Allen, 20, of 103 Truman St., No. 1, was charged Sunday with carrying or brandishing a facsimile firearm, possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

    Kiona Green, 24, of 69 Blackhall St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear.

    Anthony V. Guddo, 29, of 25 Ocean Ave., Niantic, was charged Monday with breach of peace and threatening.

    Charles Remele, 52, of 53 West St., Groton was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Joshua Remele, 30, of 53 West St., Groton, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Aaron A. Remele, 34, of 53 West St., Groton was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Christopher Johns, 33, of 103 Prospect St. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and violation of conditional discharge.

    Jason Mueller, 40, of 5 Stonecliff Lane was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Mario Carey, 30, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Friday at Mohegan Sun with illegal use of credit card and illegal receipt of goods from an illegal credit card.

    Christopher Proulx, 31, of Baltic, was charged Friday at Mohegan Sun with fifth-degree larceny.

    Robert Davis, 53, of Voluntown, was charged Sunday in Voluntown with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Timothy Hassell, 29, of Willimantic, was charged Sunday with violation of probation, third-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree larceny.

    Richard Vessells, 36, of 79 Pequot Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Charles Gore, 86, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Sunday with public indecency.

    Merfy Rodriguez, 18, of 31 Ledge Road, New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
