The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Saturday, April 12

• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:11 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was held in lieu of a $200,000 surety bond pending court arraignment.

• At 10:54 a.m. police investigated a commercial burglary that occurred at Creative Cooking located at 1835 Boston Post Road between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. Approximately $600 in cash was stolen from the cash register. The case was still under investigation at press time.

• A 54 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:15 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and speeding.

Sunday, April 13

• A 28 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 5:32 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane, and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
